BROWNIES






Brownies Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 1oz squares unsweetened chocolate, melted **
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts.

** Note- 1 square unsweetened chocolate is equal to 3 tablespoon cocoa plus 1 tablespoon fat

Brownies Procedures:

1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Beat in eggs
3. Blend in chocolate, vanilla and flour.
4. Add nuts.
5. Bake in greased 8 x 8 x 2 inches pan at 325 F about 35 minutes. (Baking time will depend on the desired texture of brownies).
6. Cut into 16 squares.
