BOLA-BOLA (MEAT BALLS)

BOLA-BOLA INGREDIENTS:

650g extra-lean ground pork
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, grated
1 small sweet potato, grated
1 egg
1/4 cup plain white flour
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

BOLA-BOLA PROCEDURES:
1. Mix all the ingredients together. Form into small balls and place on a greased baking tray.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

Serves 4/Makes 28 meatballs

how about meatball sauce can you share it to me.

Hi Faris,Try this: Saute 5 cloves crushed garlic, add 500 ml of Mama sitas, UFC or Del Monte sweet chilli sauce mix with 1/2 cup water. Let it boil first then put the meat balls, add salt to taste, a pinch of black peper. Stir regularly and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add about 100 grams of thinly sliced green bell pepper and carrot and serve hot.
