BISUKOL (KUHOL)

Bisukol Ingredients:
3 tbsps. cooking oil
1 tsp garlic, crushed
2 tbsps onions, sliced
1/4 cup tomatoes, sliced
2 tsps salt
2 tbsps bagoong isda
6 cups water or rice washing
1 3/4 cups fresh bisukol, cleaned
3 cups string beans, cut into 5 cm long
Bisukol Procedures:
1. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.
2. Saute garlic, onions, and tomatoes.
3. Season with salt and bagoong.
4. Add water or rice washing and bring to a boil.
5. Add bisukol and cook for 3 minutes.
6. Add string beans and cook for 5 minutes longer.
