BINANGKAL INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. water
2 tbsp oil
Sesame seeds
PINOY BINANGKAL PROCEDURE
- Sift together dry ingredients. Mix brown sugar, water and oil; add to flour mixture. Mix to blend. With a teaspoon, take bits of batter, then roll in sesame seeds. Fry in deep hot fat until brown.
