BETAMAX (GRILLED CHICHEN BLOOD)






INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup     chicken blood

1/2 tsp  salt

pepper

3 cups water

PROCEDURE:

1.) Mix the chicken blood, salt and pepper in bowl.

2.) Boil 3 cups of water and pour in the mixture.

3.) When the blood thickens, drain the water and let it cool.

4.) Cut into cubes and skewered. About 4 or 5 pieces per stick.

5.) Grill the blood while basting with the mixture of banana catsup, soy sauce and oil.
