Beef Salpicao Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 kilo leftover bistek Tagalog, cubbed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon onion rings
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
Beef Salpicao Procedures:
1. Heat oil then fry the meat until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
2. Serve with mayonnaise, onion rings, and spring onions.
