Bagoong Alamang Ingredients:
1 cup shrimp
2 heads of garlic, crushed
1 small onion, thinly-sliced
1 small tomato, thinly-sliced
Bagoong Alamang Procedures:
Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes with some oil. Add the shrimp. Saute until shrimp is cooked. If desired, add a little sugar to sweeten and become the delicious anchovies.
