ATSARANG MANGGA INGREDIENTS
2 green mango, medium sized
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp. salt
1 pc. red pepper
ATSARANG MANGGA PROCEDURES
Slice thinly the green mango. Chop the pepper. Add water and sugar then let it boil.
When almost cooked, add green mango, red pepper and salt. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Serve.

It is also called burong manga. It is made by mixing salt and water to mangoes.
