Arroz Cubana Lumpia Ingredients:

1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 onion, chopped
50 grams ground pork or beef
1 tsp. liquid seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. tomato sauce or to taste
1-2 cups cooked rice
2 fried saba bananas, diced
Lumpia wrappers
Oil for deep frying

Arroz Cubana Lumpia Procedures:

Heat the oil then saute the garlic, onions, and ground meat.
Add liquid seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in tomato sauce and cooked rice. Mix well. Add diced saba. Cooked until heated through.
Put a tablespoon of the cooked mixture on each lumpia wrapper.
Wrap and deep-fry in hot il until golden brown.
