ARROZ A LA CUBANA

Ingredients:

½ kilo ground gluten, cooked
1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, pounded
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 boiled eggs
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
6 pieces banana, sab-a variety
3 cups cooked rice
Salt

Procedure:

Sauté garlic, onion, and gluten. Add water and bring to a boil. Add the bread crumbs. Add salt to taste. Set aside. Slice bananas vertically and fry. Arrange the cooked gluten in the center of a platter. Surround with cooked rice. Top with the fried bananas and boiled eggs.

Good for 6 servings.
