ALMONDIGAS

Ingredients:

1 cup ground gluten, raw
1/2 cup chopped tofu
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
1egg
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 cup misua noodles
2 cloves garlic, pounded
1 onion, sliced
Salt, to taste

Procedure:

Combine the gluten, tofu, green onions, and eggs and mix well. Form into calamansi-sized balls.  Sauté garlic and onion and add 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Add the balled ingredients, putting each ball individually. Once cooked, add misua noodles and remove from heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Good for 3 servings.
