Adobong Tokwa Ingredients:

Cooking oil
2 blocks tokwa
2 tbsps. garlic
3 tbsps. vinegar
2 tbsps. soy sauce
a dash liquid seasoning
1 tsp. chicken powder
2 tsps. cracked black
1 tsp. chili-garlic paste

Adobong Tokwa Procedures:

  • In a pan, heat oil and tokwa till golden brown. Set aside.
  • In another pan, heat oila nd saute garlic. Add vinegar, soy sauce, seasoning, chicken power and pepper corns. Do not stir until the mixture boils. Remove from heat.
  • Heat a hot plate. Arrance tokwa squares on the plate, then pour the sauce over them. Serve.

TIP: You may try other bean curd varieties from this dish. Experiment with tastes and textures.
