BANANA CUE

INGREDIENTS:

10 pcs saba

1/2 cup brown sugar

cooking oil for frying

BBQ sticks

PROCEDURES:

1.) Peel the banana and roll it in brown sugar. See to it is covered well.

2.) Deep fry in hot oil

3.) When the cooked, take them one by one and let the oil drip.

4.) Skew them on bamboo sticks. (Usually two or three banana in 1 stick)

PAN DE LECHE

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup milk, scalded and cooled
1 ounce active yeast
1/2 pound melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
4 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

EGG WASH:
2 eggs

4 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup water

  • 1 lb chicken’s large intestine (well cleaned)
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp whole pepper corn
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 4 to 6 pieces dried bay leaves
  • 4 cups water
  • catsup
  • soy sauce
  • cooking oil

PAKSIW NA BANGUS (MILK FISH STEWED IN VINEGAR)

Ingredients:

3 medium    bangus/milk fish (cleaned, scaled and halved)
4 pcs            long green peppers
2 small         ampalaya, quartered
2 cups          vinegar
2 small         eggplants, quartered
1 tsp            garlic

1 small        ginger, crushed

salt to taste

1tsp           cooking oil
